6. I am not able to create my password?

Just relax; please check whether your password meets the following criteria:
Password should be of minimum 8 characters.
Password should have minimum 1 capital letter, 1 number & 1 small letter.
Password should have one special character like !, @, #, $, >.

7. What documents I need to submit for verification process?

ID Proof – Pan Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport (any one)

Don’t worry, simply click on Forgot Password from your Recharge1 account login page.

11. My Information is not correct. How do I update that?

Login to your Recharge1 account, Click on Reports, under which you can check your desired reports.
